Aspen Lakes Discovery Center offers a diverse learning community to all of its students and staff. We are passionate about childcare and look for people with the same values and ideas. We are always looking for professional early educators who are trained in childhood learning and the value of play-based education.

 

We understand that education and experience is very valuable, but are also willing to train and mentor someone dedicated to their position and the children and families they will serve. Our field of care is constantly evolving with new emergent practices surfacing all the time. We keep our practice current by providing opportunities to access online resources and workshops. All of our staff will undergo a 8 week training orientation process with a Director, regardless of experience or education. This allows staff to review Early Learning strategies and skills for providing high quality care to young children.

We understand that the cost of childcare can be difficult. We offer our staff a 20% discount off of monthly childcare fees if you have a child enrolled in our program.
